
Reservations can be made for meeting rooms at Port Angeles, Forks, and Clallam Bay libraries. There is no meeting room at the Sequim Library Temporary Location.
Meeting rooms can be reserved 90 days in advance. All reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis and should be made at least one week in advance but no later than 24 hours prior to the event. No walk-in reservations are allowed.
Each room reservation will have a built in setup time of 30 minutes and a breakdown time of 30 minutes. The setup and breakdown time will be automatically added to each room reservation.
You will be notified when your request is received. A second notice will be sent within two business days to confirm your reservation.
Library policy and room capacity limits must be followed during meeting room use.
Port Angeles Main Library
Available Meeting Rooms:
You may also reserve one side of the room. Carver Room South, which includes most AV equipment, and Carver Room North. Each side has a max capacity of 45 seated, 95 standing. Please reserve half room for smaller groups if available.
The Margaret Coffey Room has a capacity of 12 people seated. It has mobile tables, chairs, and a white board that can be arranged however the user would like. Here is a list of equipment currently available in the room.

Sequim Branch Library
There are no meeting rooms available at the Sequim Library Temporary Location.
Meeting rooms will be available in the future when the branch reopens following completion of the Sequim Library Expansion and Renovation Project.

Users of Library meeting rooms are required to complete the Public Use of Library Meeting Rooms and Facilities Agreement. Please read Policy 4.9 – Public Use of Library Meeting Rooms and Policy 4.2 – Fees and Charges for more information.
