For Part-Time employees working at least 22.5hpw NOLS offers the following health related benefits at pro-rated rates:
- Partially-paid medical insurance coverage available for employee with dependent coverage option by payroll deduction.

- Employer funded Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA).
- Employer-paid vision coverage for employee and all family members.
Eligibility for the HRA benefit is subject to IRS and ACA rules, which require enrollment in a qualifying group medical plan. NOLS-offered insurance meets this requirement. For further information, please contact HR@nols.org.
- 11 paid holidays each year.
- 15 days per year of vacation leave (increases after 4, 9 and 16 years of service).
- 5 days per year of personal leave.
- 12 days per year of sick leave.
Amounts are pro-rated for part-time employees working at least 22.5hpw. Amounts are also pro-rated based on an employee’s start date. All employees are allowed minimum sick leave guaranteed under Washington State Law..
